Impact of management practices on construction productivity in Indian building construction projects: an empirical study<sup>1</sup>

Abstract The objective of this study is to analyse the impact management practices on productivity building construction projects in India. methodology adopted for identify and practice attributes from literature review expert focus group interviews. identified were analysed priorities using relative weight given by respondents. collected data further SPSS 21 software. quantitative research was following tools techniques applied data: reliability analysis check consistency importance index (RII) prioritise rank based weighted average score findings concluded that coordination between all stakeholders, ability handle crisis project managers, social skills key team timely payment completed works design capability frequent changes are most significant practice, affecting having a rating RII 0.91, 0.90, 0.88, 0.87 0.87.
